All bookings are made through our booking system, powered by Bókun.

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when making a booking.
2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Bókun.

We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour: full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows: no refund.

If we cancel a tour due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances: you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Participants must follow all instructions given by our guides.

You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities.

We recommend bringing water, sun protection, and personal medication if required.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
5. Liability Disclaimer

Fossil hunting is an outdoor activity that involves natural terrain and environmental conditions.

By participating, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and weather-related hazards.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
