1. Customer Cancellations

More than 72 hours before the tour: You will receive a full refund.

Within 72 hours of the tour or no-shows: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the event of:

Extreme weather conditions.

Safety concerns.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In these cases, you will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your tour.
